SHIPPING : When you order from B.Woodruff Artworks, we will ship promptly via USPS or UPS Ground when your item(s) are ready to ship. For guitars, a signature will be required for delivery (no exceptions) We encourage communication if you have any questions.

 

RETURNS : We accept returns shipped within 3 days after delivery date of your item if you are not happy with your purchase. Items must be returned in original, as shipped condition with all of the original packaging (including inflatable vest for guitars) and have no signs of use.  Buyer assumes responsibility for return shipping cost. There is a 10% restocking fee for guitars only. Excessive or frivolous returns from a buyer will effect acceptance of future returns from that person.
